Perched on a granite outcrop in Whadjuk Noongar Country, this place is more than just a house. It’s a reflection of two people who poured themselves into every detail, and worked tirelessly to build something truly special.
The incredible residence in Swan View, Western Australia. Nicknamed the Swan View Opera House, a home built with heart, grit, and a whole lot of vision.
From spotted gum cladding, FRP decking (similar to national park boardwalks) and exposed glulam rafters to the concrete pool overlooking John Forrest National Park, every element tells a story.
We offer deep respect to the traditional custodians of this land and honour their ancestors who have nurtured and cared for this country for thousands of years. We pay homage to the living cultures, languages, and knowledge systems of the Noongar, Wurundjeri and all Indigenous Australian peoples.
