The recently completed Preston project was a stunning transformation of this home's interior along with a seamless design for the external terrace and landscape. Archive was tasked with the task of creating a modern and functional living space that also incorporated luxury features to elevate the home's atmosphere.

The kitchen was given a sleek and contemporary look with Shinnoki walnut veneer cabinetry and Signorino Calce Grigio benchtops. The combination of warm timber tones and cool grey surfaces created a beautiful contrast that was both stylish and practical. The modern appliances and carefully integrated lighting completed the space.

The loungeroom and dining area was transformed into a cozy and inviting space perfect for hosting family and guests. The use of plush seating, soft lighting, and custom-made cabinetry seamlessly integrated with the existing architecture of the room. The natural materials, such as timber and stone, again brought warmth and texture to the space, creating a comfortable and inviting place to relax.

The bathroom was designed with a humanistic approach, prioritising functionality and style. The addition of the Perini Sage Gloss Wall Tiles created a beautiful feature wall, while ample storage space and modern fixtures ensured a luxurious and calming bathing experience.

The rear yard was enhanced with an expansive timber deck and automated louvre system, providing the ability to enjoy the space all year round. The louvre system was designed to provide shade in the summer months and allow sunlight to filter through in the winter, making the space comfortable and enjoyable regardless of the season.

The expert intervention by Archive created a seamless integration of each space, an experiential quality of materials and enhanced the overall cohesiveness of this beautiful Melbourne home.
