We are excited to be working alongside the team at Dundee Rock Builders to bring a new standard of amenities to Parks Victoria.
This project involves the technical detailing and documentation of modernized toilet and ablution blocks. The design brief calls for facilities that are not only robust and low-maintenance but also visually sympathetic to the surrounding bushland.
Designed to withstand the harsh Australian climate while treading lightly on the environment, these structures feature a material palette that speaks to the landscape: rugged corrugated iron, warm timber cladding, and functional steel framing. As seen in the prototype concepts, the designs prioritize self-sufficiency and low impact, incorporating solar power generation and rainwater harvesting.
