The design responds to the unique challenge of balancing solar access, southerly views and privacy, leading to an innovative arrangement of simple, interconnected forms that frame the site’s changing light and outlook.

A layered sequence of thresholds defines the experience of arrival, moving from sheltered entry to open living spaces oriented toward the view. Each zone offers a subtle gradation of privacy, creating moments of quiet retreat within a family setting.
