Mandurah Multi-Res

This project aims to address the growing need for housing in Mandurah by introducing a series of townhouses that not only optimise the use of space but also enhance the quality of living for residents. The design strategy prioritises the efficient use of resources, space, and energy, aligning with broader goals of sustainability and minimal environmental impact.

The townhouses will be arranged to foster a sense of community while ensuring privacy and individuality for each unit. The layout is designed to maximise natural light and ventilation, reducing energy usage and enhancing the comfort of indoor spaces. Communal areas are thoughtfully integrated to encourage interaction among residents, contributing to the social fabric of the development.

Materials and construction methods have been chosen for their durability and environmental credentials. The use of local, sustainable materials not only reduces the carbon footprint but also helps the development blend with Mandurah’s local architecture and natural setting.
