We’re proud to be working alongside Lion Nathan and Indigenous-owned construction company Dundee Rock on the redevelopment of the iconic Little Creatures precinct in Fremantle. This significant project will reinvigorate the waterfront site, enhancing its legacy as a hub of community, culture, and hospitality.

Archive Office has been engaged to deliver remediation and compliance documentation, ensuring the site’s upgrade meets contemporary standards while respecting its heritage fabric. Interiors are being delivered by Lion Nathan and Little Creatures Hospitality.

Our design approach carefully balances heritage preservation with contemporary placemaking, reimagining the site as a vibrant, inclusive destination that celebrates its industrial roots and enduring spirit.
