Archive Office was engaged to investigate redevelopment opportunities for an existing warehouse site in Perth, with a focus on establishing a viable framework for new industrial units.
The study reviewed planning controls, site constraints and access requirements to understand how the site could accommodate a series of contemporary industrial tenancies. Building envelopes, vehicle circulation and servicing arrangements were tested to ensure efficient operation for future occupants while maximising the development potential of the land.
The outcome provides a clear strategic direction for the site, supporting a flexible and commercially viable industrial development.
