Archive Office was engaged to undertake a feasibility study for the redevelopment of an industrial warehouse site in Bayswater.
The work explored site constraints, planning pathways and development options to unlock greater commercial potential.
The study tested building massing, circulation and servicing strategies to support future industrial and commercial uses, establishing a clear framework to guide redevelopment.
