Archive Office was engaged by Birchmead to undertake master planning for their AIP site in Rockingham, exploring the site's development potential and establishing a framework for future industrial and commercial opportunities.
The study considered site constraints, planning requirements, access and circulation, and the arrangement of future industrial tenancies. Building layouts, vehicle movements, servicing requirements and landscape interfaces were explored to create an efficient and cohesive development that responds to the site's context and surrounding infrastructure.
The outcome establishes a considered master plan for AIP Rockingham, providing Birchmead with a strategic framework for the staged development of a contemporary industrial precinct.
